Use 302 N. Delia for sheriff administration and FOIA delivery. The distinct 306 North Delia address is for inmate mail or jail correspondence. MCSO has no separate public records telephone line, and research did not confirm a flat booking-photo fee. Michigan FOIA fee and response provisions are found in MCL 15.234 and MCL 15.235.
